Where the name comes from
“Piona” — said pi-o-na — echoes the Korean word 피어나다 (pieona-da), to bloom.
The same idea as the cup: something opening up, a little at a time. Bloom in every cup.

Our coffee — confirmed by a regular who recognised the roaster off the signage and asked our staff to be sure. If you know your beans, you’ll know this one.
